About My Practice
My coaching practice is built on the understanding that human well-being is rooted in rhythm. When our internal cycles—emotional, sensory, cognitive, relational—fall out of alignment, life becomes harder. When we help the body reorganize its rhythms, clarity and ease begin to return.
I use external rhythmic supports, guided regulation practices, and a spiral model of long-term change to help people build sustainable inner coherence.
About Me
I bring decades of experience working with complex human systems. Formerly a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I now offer life coaching grounded in seasoned nervous-system expertise, ethical awareness, and a deeply attuned approach to human flourishing.
My work integrates neuroscience, autonomic theory, rhythmic entrainment, emotional processing models, and the transformative sequencing that starts with establishing internal safety and calm prior to processing.
Research & Writing
I remain active in research on autonomic regulation, sound-based entrainment, and multi-system coherence.
