Teaches the use of the client-friendly ANS screener as a screening and assessment tool for Safe and Sound Protocol delivery with adults and adolescents. Attendees will learn how to deliver and score the Screener in paper or online and use the results to tailor SSP delivery to your client.

The ANS screener was developed and revised by a team of SSP providers to facilitate delivery. Providers find the screener useful to support the assessment interview and identify and evaluate outcome measures. The screener has been useful to orient clients to their SSP experience and increase motivation to complete the SSP.
